I love my husband! He is the BEST. These are the beautiful flowers that he had delivered on Saturday morning for my birthday. He did everything he could to make my day great, which started off with getting to sleep in!! Then he got my favorite breakfast, a soufflé from Panera. It was a beautiful day too! I think that it was almost 70 degrees!!! Usually the weather on my birthday is gray and overcast. I remember times when it has snowed in Georgia! Then he took me to a very romantic dinner at Aqua Terra to finish my day. I feel so blessed to have him. Thanks sweetie!

Long Month

I'm so sorry for not updating my blog better.

We have a had a long and hard month.

In early December we found out I was expecting. We were very excited but only told a few close friends and family. I had terrible morning sickness around the clock. I wasn't able to more than lay on the couch most days. This past week I lost the baby. We were shocked to say the least. I didn't have any symptoms that made me think that things were not going okay. The doctor told us the baby just stopped developing.

I want to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. It means so much to know that people care.

Holidays 2008

Here are a few of my favorite from the holidays. We had a great time seeing our families and watching Ben open his gifts. Sorry that I have been so out of touch the last few weeks. We have had a busy schedule along with some sickness going around our house. I promise to do better!
